# Are cash accounts FDIC insured?

Funds held in a cash account can qualify for up to $250,000 of FDIC insurance from our bank partners.

Augment Markets, Inc. is a financial technology platform, not a depository institution or a bank. Banking services are provided by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC. Each customer may qualify for up to $250,000 of FDIC insurance coverage for funds held at the bank. To qualify, you must provide your (for consumers) full legal name, date of birth, address and Social Security Number, or (for businesses) legal entity name, address and corporate taxpayer identification number. Pass-through insurance coverage is also conditional upon our company sending the appropriate records to the bank.
