How does MFA work at Augment?

We support two methods for securing your sign-in: passkeys and SMS one-time passcodes.

After you log in with your email magic link or via a connected account, you'll be prompted to verify with whichever method you have set up.

If you have a passkey registered, you can use it as your second factor on web, or sign in directly with it on iOS. SMS codes are time-sensitive and expire quickly, so use them right away.
