I didn't get my code and I tried resending it. What now?

A few things to check:

  • Your phone has cellular service and can receive texts

  • Your carrier isn't blocking automated or short-code messages

  • The number you're using isn't a landline or VoIP line, since these can't receive our SMS codes

Note that each phone number can only be associated with one user login at a time for security purposes. If your phone number is already linked to a different user login (i.e., email address), skip SMS setup for now or contact us at support@augment.market.
