Is Augment regulated?

Yes. Augment is registered as a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser (RIA), and Alternative Trading System (ATS) with FINRA and the SEC. As a broker-dealer, we facilitate securities transactions. As an RIA, we provide investment advisory services. As an ATS, we operate a regulated electronic marketplace for private securities. That means we have a legal obligation to operate transparently, manage disclosures properly, and meet all regulatory standards.

Despite Augment being a regulated financial services provider, investing in private companies carries meaningful risk given the speculative and illiquid nature of these assets.
