There is typically an upfront brokerage fee of 5-10%, which covers transaction costs and platform services. The exact fee for each offering is listed in the offering terms before you invest. 

You’ll find that most Collective offerings have a 0.00% management fee (an ongoing or upfront fee for portfolio management, reporting, and administrative costs) and a 0.00% carried interest (a performance fee paid from investment profits at exit). This is commonly referred to as a “0/0 SPV”.
