What is a cash account?

A cash account is a bank account held in your name on Augment. Rather than sending a separate wire for every investment, you fund your cash account once and deploy capital instantly to offerings on the platform. Distributions and returns flow back to your cash account, and any uninvested funds are available to redeploy immediately.

Cash accounts are available to US-based investors only. Individual and entity accounts are eligible; IRA accounts are not. To open an entity cash account, you must be an authorized signatory of the entity.
