What is Augment?

Augment is an investment platform for the private markets.

We provide Accredited Investors with the ability to discover, invest in, and trade in private companies. Investments are made through Augment Collective SPVs, designed to provide exposure to a single company. Minimums typically start at $10,000 and vary by offering. Augment also partners with private companies and founders to provide ongoing liquidity and access to capital.

Augment is registered with FINRA and the SEC as a broker-dealer, investment adviser (RIA), and Alternative Trading System (ATS).
