When should I expect to receive my K-1?

Our goal is to deliver K-1s as early as possible each year. However, delivery timing can vary depending on factors such as when we receive necessary information from underlying investments or fund administrators.

K-1s for SPVs that own shares directly are typically distributed between March and April, while K-1s for SPVs that invest in other vehicles are typically distributed between June and August.

In some cases, delays from underlying vehicles or companies may push delivery closer to tax deadlines.
