Who can use Augment?

Anyone can sign up and browse companies, get access to proprietary blogs, news and research, and learn about technology that’s shaping the future. 

To invest on Augment, you must be an Accredited Investor. In the US, an individual Accredited Investor is someone who meets at least one of the following:

  • Earned income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 combined with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year

  • Net worth over $1 million, alone or combined with a spouse or spousal equivalent, excluding the value of their primary residence

  • Holds a valid Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing

If you reside outside of the US, eligibility is determined by your local jurisdiction. Requirements typically relate to net worth, income, or sophisticated investor status.
